If I were the bio dad, I would’ve brought up what was said to me to keep me from picking her up that Friday evening in interviews to help emphasize his guilt. It’s weird to me that he hasn’t said what was said. MOO.

It could be weird, but it could also be he’s heartbroken and stricken with guilt that he didn’t do more to save her (not saying he deserves that guilt at all- it’s just a natural response I think).

I wish he would say more, too, because I think many people sympathize with him. And if he was out asking for help and information it seems like that would help find Maleah/arrest any guilty parties/increase charges for DV.

How big is the apartment? I've lived in apartments and you can't miss a sick kid in such a small space IMO. Are these people doing drugs? It's a possibility that some of what you said could be true but sitting a child 4 year old in a room and telling her not to say anything doesn't add up. Maybe he took BB to airport and left MD home alone. BB doesn't want LE or CPS to no she knew MD was home by herself. And if he was texting her crazy stuff while she was out of the State why didn't she call all of these "so called concerned family members" to go get her children.
I efinitely wouldn’t have waited an extra 24 hours to make a missing persons report when he didn’t come get me from the airport. Jmo

To me this is why timing is critical. It’s possible that he could have gone to work and come back home, all before she left, but an hour and a half isn’t much time for that to happen... it’s convoluted to hell and back with all the lies.

ETA, I don’t believe for a second that bb didn’t know she was there. That’s as unbelievable to me as the kidnapping story.

I agree its a limited time but definitely not impossible, The timings are probably the most critical piece to this disgusting puzzle an why we havent been able to see nor hear about the timing of BBs movements yet (camera etc) speaks volumes to me.

IIRC, someone said that BB & DV came out at left and the same time - BB going to the airport and DV going to work.

Unlikely....based on self report from friend who took her to airport.

I don't think he has more to say. He wasn't there....in my opinion he's the only one reacting to the loss of a child. It would be interesting to know if LE is keeping him in the loop.

Does anyone know where the idea that he went to work after bringing Maleah back to the apartment came from? Is it just speculation? Don’t people usually drop their children at daycare on their way to work? Also wouldn’t that be late to be going into a factory job? They usually start earlier.

Okay so DV came out and kissed her goodbye when they were leaving for the airport, I missed that part, <modsnipped> I cant imagine a child staying quiet or being hidden either without BBs knowledge. Dont believe it at all. My opinion.
The current story has more holes than swiss cheese.

Bio dad may have been told by both LE and any lawyer he's consulted, to say nothing for now.

Interview was a waste. I will not share detail but I had a youngish missing family member (case was on websleuths but later discovered was a car accident) and family was on TV as much as possible for ten days. We wrote them. Daily. To give updates. Because the situation was absolutely innocent and we had zero to hide. The only times BB has taken to speak to media focus mainly on herself. Even in the beginning it was all about her innocence.

She's not out there daily looking into the camera saying "Where is my daughter Maleah Davis?" "please check your properties for my daughter maleah Davis" She seemingly accepted she was dead extremely early on.

All unnatural behaviour IMHO. I want to constantly remind myself people react differently. But it's incredibly difficult in this case.
Spot on....

To clarify, I wish he would talk more about how he wants her found and people charged appropriately. I think that coming from him could spur people to talk to LE.

I don’t think he has any information relevant to helping solve the case. I would think if he did have any helpful info it would be minimal and already known by LE.

If I remember correctly, he was one of the first people interviewed by LE and also publicly released as not involved.

I think that's one of the days he went home sick. He didn't take a full day off until Friday. Imo

Did Fox release an unedited version of the interview with BB? IMO it’s edited to fit with the story that Fox wanted to tell. It sounds like the things she said were in response to reporters’ questions. She may have even been given the questions in advance so she could practice her responses with QT. The way it’s presented, seems like it’s just a pr stunt to generate sympathy.

It is absolutely edited to show what is wanted. And if QX was smart he would have requested the questions ahead of time.

I haven't seen a raw interview yet.

Do you remember who it was and which article it was from? I know that Tim Miller has stated BB was in the apartment for an hour and a half but I haven't seen any other details about that.

Fox possibly agreed to whatever situation she requested just to get an interview even if said interview had no content. "I want the questions beforehand"..... "won't speak on this or that" type of thing. The interview was a ridiculous waste of time even as a plea for her missing daughter. Respect to all, and as always, my posts are just my own random opinions. No fact unless stated!

In BB's interview(s), where is the for example (where the parent pleads for the child to be brought/come back)... Where are you Maleah? If you're out there, I want you to know I love you very much. We will find you. Mommy's sorry for what has happened to you. I will never give up looking for you. Where are you Maleah? I miss you......... etc etc etc

Was anything like this/anything similar said in interview(s) with BB?

It’s possible he’s the one who is actually dealing with grief and all the “what ifs” and “what I should have done differentlys” that come with loss.

Her mother said something like that when they were first interviewed. She said she still wanted to take her to the Lake like she had promised her, and talked directly to Maleah, saying she loved her and was looking for her or something like that.
But I think when they found the car, along with the fact that DV was not returning BB's calls, they had a good idea that Maleah was dead. That's when BB and her mother stopped searching and handing out flyers.
Although it's true many family members are in denial or don't want to believe their child is dead until there is solid proof, I don't think that is the case here.
We also don't know what they know or what LE has told them. Imo

Just realized the same way we only saw still shots of M plus DV walking in to home which could ( or could not ) indicate another person was just out of frame , we also only saw still shots of DV walking OUT with the laundry basket which could ( or could not ) indicate another person just out of frame. If they ever play the full video there may be a lot of answers.
