Looks like they arrested someone else in regards to this case. If he's "connected to" the rapist Arthur, it makes me wonder if he filmed the rapes of the toddlers (god I hate even typing that. ), and distributed them. smh

Yep. Looks like he did do what I had suspected. Again, this is the guy "connected to" the rapist of the toddlers.

He most likely took his victims into the "family" restroom which is often a one stall private room with a fold down diaper chamging table and more room than a regular stall.
