Investigators say the 25-year-old sexually assaulted an infant while the baby's mother was taking a shower, according to a spokeswoman from the District Attorney's office.

The mother discovered the child's injuries the next day on May 25 and immediately got help.

Is this the same guy? One has a tattoo on the left side of his neck, the other does not. Also, Id like to know what took the woman so long to notice...I mean, the next day??? Really now, wouldn't she have noticed immediately.

From Lovejac's link-the perp's offense was in RI and it stated he was a recidivist offender.

So, I am willing to bet he has juvenile records as well...the million dollar question is was he registered in TX???
