Texas dad gunned down on Halloween by killer in Michael Myers mask

Investigators claim the killer who gunned down a Texas dad on Halloween night inside his Houston garage concealed his identity with a white Michael Myers mask.

The slain father was identified by relatives as Eric Pait Jr., 38.

The victim's estranged wife, Carmen Peterson, was murdered last July or August.

Carmen had filed for divorce from Pait in March and moved out of the family home. She was shot in her bed in her apartment as she slept (in July, I think). Someone broke in through the patio door and shot her 5 times. Pait was a suspect.

Pait's murder might be someone going after him to avenge Carmen's murder.

Maybe I’m confusing cases but….isn’t this the guy who killed his ex while she slept and the children were in the house at the time?

Then he disappeared and LE was still looking for him?

The suspect must be a member of the victim's wife's family - or even one of her friends imo.

and two of the children were also in this house when their Dad was murdered in the garage
so two separate murderers who don't care about the trauma to the kids
