(02/21/05 – KEMAH, TX) — A Kemah man who pled guilty to child pornography charges is looking to overturn his prison term.
Prosecutors say Mark David Warren faked his own death in 2001 to avoid child porn charges that involved sending images over the Internet. He used a fake name and reported himself missing from a boat in the Gulf of Mexico.

Warren was caught and is serving 15 years in prison. He wants the sentence vacated because he says the images he used were computer generated and not actual children.

Who gives a flip if they were computer generated, he is still guilty of passing along imagines meant to entice grown people into child porn. He should rot in hell.
