She is described as a 69-year-old, Black female with gray hair and brown eyes. She is 5’2” tall and weighs 140 pounds. Ms. Anderson was wearing a red shower cap, blue jean jacket, black sweat pants and tennis shoes. She has been diagnosed with dementia.
