I can finally see the video. It only shows up on my computer, not my phone.

http://crimefeed.com/2018/06/disappeared-michael-chambers/

Anyway, that truck is parked on the other side of that big truck from Michael. It definitely looks like something is in the back. 4 wheeler or something maybe? And maybe dark tinted windows? Can anyone tell if the person is in the car or see a person walk to the car or see if that front window is down a little? I cant quite tell.. But he does start to pull out after Michael gets in the truck and kind of turns slowly ut of the spot and then kind of speeds off. It is kind of weird.

Hopefully not PaPaw, but sharing as the location of the discovery, Gun Barrel City, is only an hour drive from Quinlan:

“Skeletal human remains found in wooded area in Gun Barrel City”
Gary Bass
Jun 29, 2018 01:37 PM

“An individual passing through the area found an intact skeleton in a wooded area of Gun Barrel City Thursday morning.

Gun Barrel City Police Chief Jeff Arnswald said someone passing through the area found the human remains in a wooded area near the 2200 block of West Main Street at about 9:10 Thursday morning.

[SBM]

Arnswald said the body was found in a somewhat secluded and concealed area. He added that it was probably less than 20 feet from the paved parking lot of a business at that address.

The skeletal remains had been at the location for several months, Arnswald said. He said the body was in an extreme state of decomposition.
The ‘Athens Daily Review,’ a KLTV News partner, reported that Gun Barrel City Police Department investigator processed the scene with help from the Henderson County District Attorney’s Office and the Texas Rangers.

The remains were taken to North Texas University in Denton to be analyzed by anthropologists for clues about the person’s identity and the cause of death.

Arnswald said the cause of the person’s death could be hard to determine unless it’s obvious.“

Directions from Quinlan to Gun Barrel City: Google Maps

Looking at the map, there sure are a lot of bodies of water in that entire area, aren't there?
It's terrible that I almost wish this would be Papaw, and just as terrible that I wish it won't be, because someone died, and that someone probably had family. Hope they can determine who it was.
It doesn't sound like the remains have been there long enough, but who knows? I'm saying more prayers tonight, and though it's discouraging, I'll keep praying for Mike and his family. It may not seem like it, but I know it does help.

The white truck is certainly something to look into, but unless there are ways LE or Klein investigators can get a clearer image, I don't know what I think about it.

There are tons and tons of white trucks in Texas ( as well as everywhere else). I see so many here in my rural upstate New York county alone. It'd be fantastic, though, if it could lead to any pieces of the puzzle being put together.

The odd thing is you can see the door and everything clearly in the beginning of the video and then they zoom in. So, either it is coincidence or they didn't want us to see something

I hadn't noticed the zoom before. I will watch again.

They know if someone went in and out of the store. And they would have a better image of them unless they didn't get out at all which would be telling. And perhaps they have other parking lot cameras showing it closer.

Right?! Even if they didn't get crime in their minds until the discovery of the dowel and they believed the blood was staged why wouldn't they use Luminal to try to discover the actual 1st crime scene. Maybe they don't have the budget for that much crime scene testing.
ETA: just saw Luminol on Amazon, not costly at all.
And even though he was a firefighter would they assume he took his own blood? I'm not medical so is that possible by a layman?
Do we know if it has ever been Luminoled?? Even if it had been cleaned up, wouldn't the blood still appear if Luminol is used?

A VI did say they used Liminol. Not sure where but in the shop.

Wow. Good eye, mpnola! I wouldn't have noticed that. I use my phone and I wonder if part of the video is obscured.
I just see the back part but it definitely appears to be the white truck that zips in front of MC.

I looked at the video again, and again. It's when the video first starts that you can see the white truck. It almost looks the wheels of that truck have been obscured. There's definitely something in the back and do you all see the lights on top?

We have been talking about the white truck on the BPH page and I too watched the video over and over again. It looks like to me it is a white, single cab, long wheel based truck and yes something is in the back of it. We think it’s a air compressor or propane tank. I will attach a photo that was shared on BPH page that a member cleaned up for viewing.

I do think it could have lights on top and I even considered it could be a truck associated with the tanker setting next to it or some type of work truck.

Yes to all of that! You can see the white truck at the top left corner of the video in the beginning. Right after Michael is walking, it zooms so you can o my see the back on the white truck. You can see the shadows below the cars point to the right, so I was watching to see of I could see a person shadow, but I cant. And since we don't see a person walking there before Michael and they would have had to be very quick to come out after him, it seems like they were in their vehicle while he was walking. I see some thing in the back and what looks like a full light bar on top, at the beginning of the video. That's when you see it best.

I had to watch it stop/ start over and again because the video skips or is edited there as you can see MC cut and move forward. I thought it was just to keep the show moving so we aren't watching MC walk all the way and get into his truck. So I could see it parked there and then see it in motion and accelerating.

I would like to see the truck arrive and if they went in the store.Any adjustments to the video would such as zooming would have been done after the fact by law enforcement.

Due to the lights on top I considered it could be a truck associated with HC. I looked at HCSO vehicles and all I saw were extended cab or SUV, no single cab.

What makes you think the white truck could be connected to the tanker. Seems the tanker kept the truck hidden. From MC.

Just thought it was some type of work truck and the equipment being in the back was some type of tank maybe fuel, propane, or air compressor. Sometimes down here anyway a big truck will break down or need road side assistance and I see trucks like this together.

As much as I would like this to be a break in MC case I just don’t feel it but that’s just my opinion. I would so love to be wrong

Is there a reason the other 2 autos are circled?
