Did anyone find out why, exactly, BC got the PO against one of the sons?
During Kleins interview, he stated the son called (I think after hearing about the affairs) BC and told her if she had anything to do with the disappearance of MC he would put her in a pine box. She got scared and got the PO against him. Please correct me if I don't have that correctly.

That it was I read also on another site from the neighbor and a family member.

The PO is really telling IMO, first why Is your own son thinking your involved? Second why are you scared if your not involved? How does a mother put a 2 year PO on her son that she now will not see Or have contact with?

I'm also remembering that the evening BC realized MC wasn't there and people began coming over and searching, didn't BC call son and asked him if he did anything to MC? I distinctly remember that and remember who reported that, but not sure if that was a VI or not, so please take it with a grain of salt if need be.

I think that's why I tend to believe the blood spatter expert who was hired by HC who believes the blood was planted as well as the TX Ranger who saw the scene. I'm not sure why Klein had a different theory but if I recall he was only in the 1st or 2nd phase of his process and that means not considering what LE has already developed from their investigation but reviewing everything fresh to get his own feel for it.

I hear ya, but I don't think HCSO ever said the blood spatter person they had work on it specifically confirmed anything re: the blood drops. It was just said that they "thought" those blood drops could have been planted, at first look. I'm going out on a limb to say that if there was an anti-coagulent found in MC's blood after testing, we'd know it by now. At least, I think we would.....maybe not, but that would be a bombshell.

No question the pool of drops and drops look very odd. I just figured out one way 2 people could have carried MC by hands and feet and not step in any of the blood. If they carried him sideways, or perpendicular towards the shop door, that could explain it. I'm not sure that would make any difference at all in trying to solve this case, but at least I can envision that part of it a little better.

Just to clarify a little bit- since MC is tall, there'd be only one way/direction to get him out of that man-door, so I simply envisioned him being carried that way from the start. I don't know why I didn't think of them carrying him "sideways," at least until they got close to the door. It'd be more awkward, I'd think.Duh.

Thank you.

Anyone know, Was this the same son that was injured at his job? Is the injured son out of hospital?

Will be so glad for Klein to give a bit more info.

Those drops of blood lol so odd. I would think an ex-firefighter would do a better job of creating a realistic crime/accident scene. I am sure he had enough experience to know that perfect blobs of blood don’t look authentic. (I believe I am correct in thinking That firefighters often are present at accident scenes. Engines show up along with EMT vehicles here in Seattle, at least.)

Yes, it was the same son (“JC2”) as per the attached.

That is such a good point. MC would have had a lot of experience at accident scenes. This was someone who didn't expect to get grilled, who only expected a cursory investigation.

It is odd the way she was trying to pin this on her own son, beginning that night she called him and asked if he had "done something" with MC. That was an odd phrase when he had only been missing a couple of hours. Like she was already thinking in terms of his body, not him. SM said they thought it was odd that he would be so upset in July after his phone was turned off in March. SCL said on Disappeared that what really happened was he found out what BD had said. That combined with the information coming out about the affairs and I'm not surprised he would snap. If that is what was really going on.

I wish a family member would update on JC2 .

If I’m not mistaken he was polygraph twice and the FBI was involved with his polygraphing. Which makes you think there was a reason they looked at him hard. I have no idea if that reason was BC or something else. I too wish PK would update

It was a tad more complicated than that if you believe JC2's wife who is not a VI. (She advised at one point that she attempted to become a VI but was told WS was no longer taking VI's on the case.) Her avatar was her name. However, for the sake of anonymity
could we refer to this person as W@JC2? And if what I have written is Ok, then I will expound on it a bit. (But it all fits with "The Moment of Truth" and likely will explain a lot.)

Ugh, I am too late to edit my post above, about the blood droplets. That “lol” should say “LOOK.” There is nothing LOL about this.

So it's contested that she even called him at all that night. But she was saying from the beginning that she "wondered if JC2 did something to him", similar language it seems like she "wondered whether it might be transmission fluid".
Who originally said she called him?

If you read the pop ups from cchambers, you'll get her answer.
You'll need to decide who and what you believe.

Ok yeah, it's odd isn't it? That she would say she called him if she really didn't. It's so easily proved or disproved. Either the phone record shows the call or not. Even if you cancel the phone contract that record remains.

That she waited until MC vanished to kick their son off the phone plan shows BC was way less patient with JC2 than MC. With everything going on why was getting him off their phone plan a priority? Most families come together during a crisis. It seems very petty.

I don't know about that. BC, for whatever reason was upset with JC2.
I think she'd had it and told him to get his own service. I don't think it's petty at all but that's me. In fact, it sounds like she stayed peeved even long after she filed a P.O.[/]

I do think BC tried to call him but for whatever reason, she couldn't get a hold of him so she called W@JC2 and when W@JC2 heard from JC2, she had him call BC.
