Klein Investigations & Consulting Statement regarding missing person, Michael Chambers:

There has been an influx of tips sent/called in to our offices. We want the public to know that every single tip is being thoroughly vetted and actively worked to the fullest extent. We appreciate the tips that are being sent and want to reassure you all that the case is progressing rapidly.

For those that are holding onto information you have, please do not hesitate to call us or email us what you know. There is no piece of information “too small” or “not important” enough. We promise to keep you anonymous.

Thank you all for your help in bringing Michael home!

I would like Suzy to know we will always be here for her and her daddy.

Absolutely, IMHO. Without a doubt! I've been struggling lately to come up with things to post rather than just a "bump," but if that's all I can come up with at times, I'll keep doing that as often as I can.

Thanks for posting, SteveR. This does lighten my step a bit, and thankful to Klein Investigations for this statement!

It probably can't be interpreted, one way or the other, Steve. It's smart strategy to release at least a statement such as this from time to time, to keep the public engaged. Got to keep those clues and ideas coming, but hopefully in a number that's manageable and fruitful.

I'm going to take what she said at face value, and keep on thinking and praying :)

That's right, at least something seems to be happening to finally resolve this case. I still think of MC and his loved ones daily and hope they get closure soon.

There is one thing that's been rolling around in my mind recently, so I hope I can convey my questioning here clearly enough for some discussion.

If BC was involved in MC's disappearance, why on earth would it have been to her advantage to get neighbors, friends, family and LE involved so quickly? In my own opinion, inquiries and an actual search and phone pinging was done pretty quickly, if you consider the evidence he and his phone were at his home and left his home @230PM, BC returned home @53o or so, and that apparently his phone went silent @530PM.

I realize a number of you WS'rs theorize that MC never made it home from WalMart, but I've always believed he did and could see no evidence that he didn't. I don't know if that matters a whole lot with what I'm trying to think about.

IF I were involved in someone's criminal disappearance or death, I would want to delay any involvement by LE and others for as long as I reasonably could, and why couldn't have BC done that? It was only she and MC who lived in their home, the day was winding down into evening, and she could have ostensibly given herself and other perps plenty of extra time to cover up after themselves, including cleaning up the blood in the garage. Hours and hours of extra time. If someone called their home that night, asking for MC, all she had to do was not answer the phone or make a simple excuse. I do understand some of you also believe the blood was planted. My thinking about this will be different than those who do.

There was some speculation some time ago that perhaps MC's shop door was NOT locked and that BC pretended it was, in front of her neighbor? That would make no sense to me, either- I just can't see how that shop door being locked or unlocked would have given BC any advantage one way or another- IF she was involved.

The blood in the garage was the basis for her being awarded the death certificate.

Is the explanation in the Google docs
about the blood? Sorry, but that's crazy as all get out. (The blood being the reason)

  • #776
that is the only reason can see they would give a death certificate. Her other reasons were he didn't show up in any searches,He didn't answer his phone,he hasn't contacted anybody and he didn't take any money.Nothing else is listed.

It's in the one proof of death that has no actual proof.

“Let us not forget Mike Chambers . We have to keep his name in the public’s eyes. It’s heart breaking that we are a year and half since the day he went missing . Someone knows something.
I pray daily that that one person comes forward so that his family and friends can have closure.
How does a person of his size come up missing with not one single person seeing him. Except for the short footage from Walmart .

Please let this community come together. And find Mike Chambers !!”

The blood in the shop was just one of the several reasons listed, Razz. I guess all combined, with probably input from HCSO or just Meeks and her own attorney, ( and maybe her one son's thoughts, but we have no idea) was enough to get an expedited delayed DC. My memory is kind of foggy though on the Death Cert. being a delayed Death Cert. although I remember that's how it was listed in docs. uploaded here. I do know that one-half of all proceeds from sales of jointly-owned property are put in escrow for 3 years. BC's got only a year and a half to wait......
