[h=3]Family of missing loved one, wants answers on disappearance[/h]
Around the same time a San Antonio man disappeared on July 4th in Port Aransas, there was another person reported missing. So when human remains were found last July, there was some confusion about who it was.

Investigators say, it could've been missing person Patrick Clark or Michelle Justice.

Michelle Justice moved down from Mount Pleasant, which is just outside of Dallas, in December of 2014. She was living between Port Aransas and the Corpus Christi area.

Her father, Sonny, says she would call every day to check in with her parents and talk to her now 9-year-old daughter, Madison. But those phone calls stopped last June around the same time she was last seen in Corpus Christi.
Sonny says, when they found out the human remains weren't Michelle, they felt relieved but started the search process all over again to find out where she is.

I’d like to help you. My advice is to get started on the verification process to become a Verified Insider. This will help you so much. I see that you are new and probably don’t have the rules down yet. Standard practice is when we post something as a fact, we must be able to back it up with msm and provide a link. If you are a Verified Insider (VI) you don’t need to and what you say is accepted as fact without documentation.

Justice -- from Mount Pleasant, near Dallas -- vanished more than four years ago. She was last seen in June 2015 in Corpus Christi.

The Duval County Sheriff's Office said her remains were identified through DNA testing, but a cause of death was not determined.

Justice’s father, Sonny, contacted our news station to make us aware his years-long nightmare finally had come to an end.

There had been instances in which authorities thought Michelle Justice’s remains had been located, like in 2016 when a body was found on San José Island. But further examination always proved the body to be someone else, until now.

“We were sure that it was her,” Sonny Justice said in 2016. “Just because, well things that he said matched the time frame, and we were pretty sure it was her.”

But more for than his own knowledge, he needed to know for his 14-year-old granddaughter, Michelle’s daughter Madison, who he’s been raising since Michelle moved to Corpus Christi in 2014.

"We need to tell her something,” he said in 2016. “She just asked last week if she was ever going to see her mother again, because it was Mother's Day coming up, and the other kids at school was making gifts for their mothers and she didn't have anyone to make a gift to."

Her disappearance had been investigated by CCPD, Port Aransas police, Aransas county and the Texas Rangers.

I’ve not went through the process but I’d get started on it as soon as you can. I see her photo. She was gorgeous. She looks fun. Her smile tells us how friendly and vivacious she was. Am I right? I’m so very sorry for your loss. I know you miss her. I know it still hurts and will always be a scar across your heart. The unknown can be debilitating.

Welcome to Websleuths. I think you’ll find an interesting intelligent savvy group of members who like to help. Maybe in the meantime (I don’t know how long the process takes) do you have a list of details, names, times and places involved. What’s her full given name? middle name? maiden?

Make notes- maybe an outline of sorts
Questions you would like answered
I hope I’m not coming off sounding bossy. I’m not. Well, I guess I am/can be with my family. lol I do want to help you. Can you give us some details without mentioning any names that haven’t been included in the articles we list here?

Michelle Justice

I see that it is her. Oh my, she has some beautiful pictures with her daughter. She’s very photogenic. They are having so much fun together. It’s bittersweet to gaze and ponder what might have been. I am truly sorry for your loss. I read her father is quoted in an article. He also must miss her very much.

The strange thing is there is not really any kind of details. I was told by an inside source that Michelle's body would never be found. Ways she was gotten quite rid of. This is an investigation that would prob be set to the side by any local law agencies considering she was a known drug user and potential informant for the local county she was once living in... Titus co... Mostly idk what to say how to say it and her investigation I don't see going anywhere like many others... I'm not only fixed on this case. However there is many cases I have questions about. Walker county Jane Doe is another 1. I've tried to have my DNA submitted before. But I've never heard anything back. I have been working one multiple cold cases for the last 5 years and have taken almost a 2 year break do to the fact all the information I was processing was becoming to much and I was losing myself into something that I felt could and never would be solved. But maybe it can. And if I can't solve anything maybe I can at least help it get solved or say I tried

Sonny Justice said "We still think she's gone but there is a little bit of hope because that wasn't her. We want to be able to tell her daughter what's happened to her, to tell her if she's coming home or not."

Michelle is 33 years old, about 5'7" and weighs about 170 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Police urge you to call 911 if you have any information on Michelle's whereabouts.
