Time wise a good fit. It seems Faith was allegedly shot on Native American Land. Her body is still not found. He might have transported her remains, there was blood in vehicles used by the perp.

I made on a post on Faith's thread including a link. I think it's a possible match. It does sound like LE thinks Faith's boyfriend left her somewhere in Oklahoma, though. But I hope they have already seen and considered this possible match. MOO.

I would definitely submit this to the investigating agency and/or NamUs. However, I would assume that Jane Doe has her DNA on file through CODIS and NamUs and Maria does as well. My cousin ran off last month and as a precaution, police took hair and DNA samples from her room. Maybe the Dallas PD didn't take this precaution, but I find it unlikely.

Merlyn is a very good suggestion. PMI and age are both within the estimated range. Merlyn has long and straight black hair and UID is noted to have had long, dark hair. Side by side photos below. I think the details are close enough to submit for a potential match.
