An article from 25 December 2025, mostly a recap of what happened:
Hard to believe its been over 3 years already. I hope Kaitlin is settling in in prison. She only has 86 years, 5 months, and 25 days left to go. Enjoy!

AUSTIN (KXAN) — The murder conviction of Kaitlin Armstrong for the death of professional cyclist Anna Moriah Wilson was upheld by the Texas Third Court of Appeals, the court announced Friday. This means Armstrong will continue to serve the 90-year sentence ordered by the judge in Nov. 2023.

The court had three issues to decide, including whether Armstrong’s statement to law enforcement should have been suppressed. However, the court decided that it would deny all three grounds.

SMH... On what basis did this woman think her conviction would be vacated, and she'd be granted a new trial? The only rights violated here belonged to Mo!

The same woman who thought she'd be retiring in Costa Rica

People sentenced to long prison terms often try to get their convictions reviewed. Their attorneys are happy to get paid more to try, IMO.
Shrug.
