This is terribly worrying.

I am hoping that they are located safe and sound.

Possibly stops were planned at the usual places along the drive. I'm sure the authorities have been checking out the surveillance cams at the places they usually stop for a break.

I see from this map that the drive would take at least 4 hours:

According to the Silver Alert, the McMillans left yesterday (Nov 21) between 9 and 10:00 a.m.

The Silver Alert, hopefully, will generate some calls and tips as to their location.

The large maroon truck may jog someone's memory of seeing the couple somewhere.

Hoping and praying that they are found safe.

Hoping they are found soon. My dh has early dementia and I put a tracking device on his car so I can find him if he ever gets lost. Has not happened yet, but easily could some day. Prayers they are located soon.
