I’m not sure if NO did what she’s accused of so I’m sitting in the middle until more info comes to light with the FBI. Personally, I have a hard time thinking she would kill her kids and herself over a guy or a mansion. There has to be more to this story.

It’s “possible” that the ME got it wrong. They’re not perfect. It happens, Kathleen Savio comes to mind.

I think everyone in this case needs justice and that includes the boyfriend.

Agree 100%. They’ve dug in too deep to ever admit they were wrong, IMO. I can’t imagine what the father is going through, so I won’t judge him for being angry, misdirected or not. He’s a victim too. BUT, I highly doubt CW boxed up anything personally. And I don’t blame him for not inviting a bunch of ppl that clearly dislike him into his home that that’s likely still stained in blood. I wouldn’t be surprised if CW never personally steps into that home again. I wouldn’t. For all we know, he’s literally hired ppl to pack up the entire house and thought he was doing the right thing by sending her family her belongings. I really don’t get the fury. But again, I didn’t lose a child and I have no idea how I would react in the same situation. It would be heartbreaking to go through a sweet child’s most personal belongings after her death. So so sad.
CW didn't personally pack up these children's belongings. I think it's very kind that he quickly paid someone to do it and then quickly released the belongings to their fathers. CW is being smeared by the few supporters of these families. He could have tossed the girls' belongings in the trash. He didn't.

I know the first part of Dad's IG is Hec, but can anyone tell me the rest?

I'm sorry, but I'm still stuck on forensic evidence. The girls' deaths were on the 10th. Crime scene is released (yes repetitive), and the bodies were released. The FBI was recently called in, so they are working with local LE gathered? No idea, but IMHO, I would hope that the FBI got to see and inspect the crime scene. But then, I also hoped with the money raised, that a second autopsy would be conducted. As for the packing, I doubt, seriously, that CW was anywhere near the house.

And the Sherman case in Toronto ...

You could tell that multiple people packed her belongings as the handwriting was clearly different on some of the containers/boxes. I imagine every move he makes regarding this horrific tragedy is on the advice of his attorneys—including getting their belongings to their next of kin. I read through some of the comments and yikes, the torches and pitchforks are out in full force. I don’t blame him one bit for hiring a solid defense team. I might even consider a security guard if I was to go out in public.

The campaign has successfully raised a lot of money.

And no one is willing to state what the money is to be allocated toward, besides ‘finding the truth’. I am glad MSM is beginning to question that, and state and federal folks may not be far behind. I think you have to be pretty transparent when soliciting and raising funds over the internet, through electronic means.

Advisors may have told CW that by doing this, they were sparing the father more pain by bringing him there, seeing the place where this occurred, AND then go through his daughter's belonging; thus, the boxes sent to him. I see his reason for anger. This act, while on the surface seems to say, "we are sparing you some pain", to me, says that the home owner doesn't want to have anything to do with him. The two men may have never met and advisors may have told him to keep it that way. What if the father became violent? Agree with the above poster; that person is never going to go back to that house no matter what happened there.

I would say the packing was put in motion by the attorney's, and it was only for the benefit of their client's well being & safety. MOO

The attorneys may want to get that house cleaned up and put on the market. The BCSO has not said that it's an active crime scene or I have not seen that anywhere. Maybe the house was cleared and released.

In order for anyone to be in there, I believe it had to be released, IMO.

Which makes me wonder about the money being raised for further investigation. Wouldn't that group want to have their own PI go through there with a fine tooth comb?

Wouldn't they have to have permission from the owner or a court order to go through his property?

Yes, of course, a court order. I doubt if the owner would give permission. I'm just speculating why they aren't getting their own lawyers, as a group, to represent her and her son. Her son and brother are her next of kin. They could say that they want their own people to investigate. I was under the impression that the money was for that, justice for the three.

They aren't in charge of the money.

Yes. The person in charge of all that money would have needed to pay an attorney for this. It seems odd that they didn't pay an attorney for this or pay for a second autopsy. Were the bodies cremated? That also isn't consistent with their "searching for truth", imo.

Is the fund raising for a second autopsy? Or a PI with the goal being obtaining the truth?

Funds grew quickly - a PI could have already been engaged since doubts and suspicions started immediately from her friends - I don’t understand what they are waiting on?

Perhaps the friend group can’t agree on who to hire?

Klein is in Nederland TX, guessing approximately 4.5 hours from San Antonio.

Imo, there is a reason why it wasn't published where the bodies were going to be interred. Remember there wasn't a viewing service either. There was a visitation which is not a viewing. Imo, the bodies were cremated. When you cremate your loved ones, you have a visitation service.

I'm not sure how "searching for the truth" occurs with cremated bodies.

A visitation also occurs with a closed casket, which seems likely since all three had gunshot wounds to the head. It’s also possible their bodies were not even part of the visitation service; we don’t know.
