MISTRIAL TX - Nine dead, 20 injured in shootout at Waco bikers' meeting, 17 May 2015

A fight that escalated to a gunfire between rival biker gangs in a Waco, Texas, restaurant parking lot today left nine people dead, police said.
In addition to the 9 people confirmed dead, many others were injured, according to ABC affiliate KXXV-TV in Waco. Everyone involved was a gang member, KXXV-TV reported.

Twin Peaks. My nephew goes to Baylor and was just telling me about this. Thank goodness he's home for the summer.

WACO — Nine people were killed and 18 other people were injured in a confrontation involving motorcycle gangs at a Twin Peaks restaurant on the south side of Waco early Sunday afternoon.

Waco police spokesman Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said some of the dead and wounded may have been struck by gunfire from law enforcement.

“The management wanted them here,” Swanton said of Twin Peaks officials. “Management knew that there were issues, and we were here, but they continued to let those groups of people into their business.”

I hope this places shuts down for good.
