While I do believe this man had some issues I am firmly convinced he knew right from wrong and that is all that matters to me.

I have always felt he killed Chris so he could be known as the one to take down America's greatest sniper/hero and he had to kill the other man to leave no eye witnesses.

As my son says , this defendant is a disgrace to the Marine Corps and everything it stands for....

It is obvious to me he knew he had committed murder and that is why he left in Chris' pickup truck.

My prayers are with both families of these courageous men who lost both of their lives while trying to help others.

So my question is was it her who wanted that or was it Eddie who wanted it and she initiated it for him? If it were ER who wanted it, then that could help prove what you say IMO.

I do think this case could go either way and won't be surprised with the outcome. I said it already ER needs to be locked away either in a mental facility or prison.

From what I understand she was the one who contacted Chris Kyle asking him to help her son since he had PSTD.

I could see people on that jury vote not guilty by reason of insanity.

And If they do, I'm not going to be upset with them.

If I were on that jury I'd have a hard time between voting guilty/not guilty.

The thing I come back to is after he was caught he told LE he knew what he did was wrong. That is the standard: did he know it was wrong to kill those men? Yes he did.
Also I think a lot of his problems were due to drug and alcohol use... Plus he told a friend he was faking PTSD to get disability. He is telling guards it is more fun to be bad than good, he's a screw-up. He's a hothead who did drugs that morning, wanted a truck and probably killed because he was jealous and angry.

The thing I come back to is after he was caught he told LE he knew what he did was wrong. That is the standard: did he know it was wrong to kill those men? Yes he did.
Also I think a lot of his problems were due to drug and alcohol use... Plus he told a friend he was faking PTSD to get disability. He is telling guards it is more fun to be bad than good, he's a screw-up. He's a hothead who did drugs that morning, wanted a truck and probably killed because he was jealous and angry.

If you are ill you can sometimes know the difference between right and wrong and still not be in control of your actions. That could be what happened here - he knew it was wrong but couldn't stop himself.

Exactly. I hope testimony about those incidents are allowed!! Plus, a receipt from Taco Bell for bean burritos was found in Kyle's truck. It was time stamped well after Chad & Chris's death & after their bodies had already been found. I guess killing people makes one hungry!! Give me a break!!!!!!!!!!
