Defense claims #BrandonDaniel was taken to hospital in May 2012 for a suicide attempt. State says no pills were found in Daniel's system.

I didn't watch the news report, but my guess would be there will be testimony until Friday.

The defense will try to put on a lot of mitigating evidence to save their clients life.
