Is this guy getting paid for this nonsense or did he just offer to get involved in this case out of the kindness of his heart??!?

I truly believe it's the camera, hence a bit of "fame" *short lived at BEST* and a paycheck more than anything else. Oh; and the DP advocate angle....which I don't believe he is for the DP..in any way.

This defense is so insulting in so many ways it's laughable and that's sad.
