Dallas Police Searching For Missing 9-Year-Old Boy

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Critical Missing Person Oscar Briceno. On July 17, 2018 at about 1:00 p.m., Oscar was last seen in the 600 block of W. Twelfth Street. He may be a danger to himself. Oscar is described as a 9-year-old Latin male, 5’02” 100 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing gray short sleeve shirt and blue and white plaid shorts.

Oscar was last seen early Tuesday afternoon in the 600 block of West 12 Street, near the Dallas Zoo. Oscar has been diagnosed as bipolar, combined with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD).

The boy may be riding a bicycle.
