Critical Missing – Otis Stewart

CRITICAL MISSING

Otis Stewart was last seen on foot in the 2300 block of St. Frances Ave. around 12:15 p.m. Thursday.

Police are concerned about Stewart’s whereabouts because they say he may be a danger to himself or to others.

He is described as a 28-year-old Black male. Mr. Stewart is 5’10”, 190 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, black pants with white stripes, and white tennis shoes.

So what leads them to believe he may be a danger to himself or others? Did he make remarks to someone? Is he diagnosed with mental illness? Who saw him last? Where does he live - with family or roommates? Does he have a cellphone and is it believed to be with him, or is a situation we see too often where all of the person’s possessions were left at home, ie., wallet, phone, etc? Has he been hospitalized previously for mental health issues?
