<< Her husband told authorities that Patty left the house alone on December 25 and simply vanished. He filed for divorce from his wife on December 26, one day after Patty was last seen. Other family members were the ones who reported her as a missing person to authorities. Patty’s blue Dodge Caravan was discovered abandoned with a flat tire on December 26, one day after she was last seen. The vehicle was located on Loop 1604 in South Bexar County, approximately 5 miles from Patty’s employer and 15 miles from her home. Tests revealed that the tire had been intentionally deflated. Investigators searched her residence and vehicle and discovered blood inside the van, on the walls and floor of Patty’s bedroom and on a mop inside the house. Someone had attempted to clean the blood from the premises prior to discovery. DNA testing proved that the blood was Patty’s. She has never been located and no arrests have been made in connection with her case>>

<<Miscellaneous Notes: Ms. Vaughan was last seen wearing a watch, a bracelet, a wedding band, and possibly a thumb ring>>

It's pretty obvious what happened... By the way, why do the killers admit to having argued with the victim just before her disappearance? This only further points to him/her being the killer... There's tons of other evidence: nighttime digging, the other blood, the nasty sister... I guess it's all circumstantial, but still, it's ridiculous and infuriating that JR is still at large... This makes perfect sense... JR had help disposing of the body... specifically, his sister Marilyn... She's a loud, nasty person... always around when the police show up or try to talk to JR...
JR was the excavation and dumping project manager around the time Patty disappeared... Specifically, Natalia High School in Devine, Texas, approximately 95 kilometers from the marital home... Many believe she's likely buried on the marital home lot... A neighbor reported to police that nighttime excavations were conducted on December 25th and 26th, 1996... proof that JR is guilty and deserves to go to prison...
whatever the case,
Rest in peace

My boyfriend in high school was one of their neighbors and I remember he'd get super pissed at me for trying to go over the fence and prod thru the bonfire pit out back...I only saw JR once or twice but I remember yelling things at him and getting griped at. He knows what he did. Tire deflation, planning, cleanup with bleach....etc. It's so obvious. He moved away and has a farm in another state now.
