Imagine the horror for these boys:
Wilkinson told 13-year-old Matthew Caffey and 8-year-old Tyler Caffey to go back upstairs to their beds, the report said. Waid followed them to their bedroom and shot Matthew Caffey in the head and neck and stabbed the 8-year-old boy with a "sword." Wilkinson also stabbed Tyler Caffey.

and yet Erin can have sex afterwards:

The four left the house, drove around for awhile, and Wilkinson and Caffey were dropped off at the Waid house, where they had sex and slept, the report said. They were taken into custody at the home, where Wilkinson was found asleep on a mattress with two guns near him. The girl was found sleeping, in the fetal position, under a pile of clothes and stuffed animals, the report said.

No sympathy here. Can they get the death penalty?

This almost reminds me of the movie "Natural Born Killers".

Will they all have the same charges and punishment since only the boys did the actual killing?

This whole case is absolutly disgusting, how in the world could this girl plan the murders of her family and then go have sex with her boyfriend afterward? That is just completely twisted.Those poor little boys must have been terrified :furious: .

I spoke to a source at the Sheriff's Department handling the case, it's a powerful thing when you're a member of the media. Anyways, that's the information handed to us, so I can confirm only truth, we don't make stuff up.

As for her MySpace, I rewatched that CBS video like 10-20 times. She looks like ♥ Cheddapepper ♥ from a distance, it's kind of hard to tell, and the Department won't confirm whether or not she had one, which means she did, it was the same thing I went through with the DA in the Bradley Dieffenbacher case.

I'm working on a memorial portion for the family and victims, only a few people sent me pictures of Penny, but I need one of the entire family, and the shooters, so people can blast them on my site, and leave a dedication to the victims of this horrific event.

I'm assuming Erin's myspace was well disguised because it sounds like at least her dad was on top of things like that. (supposedly "hacking" into Wilkerson's myspace)

Cali, I wonder if the parents knew how P.O.'d their own daughter and this jerk were at them. I guess most of us would like to think that our kids wouldn't kill us. I just wonder how heated it would get....and if the thought crossed their mind they might be in danger.

The church pic is definitely old. She has changed a lot. You can see her in the video link posted a few comments ago.

I had followed the Cutts case from the beginning and right when the judge asked the jury if they reached a verdict my power went out! Tripple Argh!

Does anyone know if Waid's myspace has been located?
I am just wondering if the dad changed the myspace page to really humiliate the boy, or what was he doing hacking into a teenager's myspace?

Truly, those were Wilkerson's words about Mr. Caffey "hacking" into his myspace account. I doubt he truly "hacked". He might have found his daughter's site and commented on Wilkerson's? Or it could have just been a big lie.... Maybe conniving Erin did something and then blamed it on her dad?
