Was there really a BOLO out for him? I've seen those photos but nothing saying it was a BOLO.
As to the clothing, when i first saw him laying on the ground, i really thought it was a woman with large fat thighs and wearing a tight black dress/skirt. There was another item near the victim's body that suggested the person in question was a woman or a man dressed as a woman. But now that we are sure it was AR, maybe you are right, the clothing (and that specific item, if related) could be part of his plan to leave.

I agree, when I saw the photo of the person on the ground, their thickness really made me question if it was him... he does not seem like he could easily fake that.. jmo

Very interested to see today’s PC, I hope they are able to genuinely quell some of the family’s anger and resentment and show they’re looking for change for the long haul

I will see if I can find the article where it said he was dressed in women's clothing.
It was on twitter in an article and I don't think it can be posted here.

Someone sent me that and it was an article I believe from twitter and can't be posted here. Regardless, he was trying to get away.

Thanks!

Also from your link: "Killeen police held a late-morning news conference, but provided no new information."

Is there a link to the PC?

TIA

I think this may be it - I haven't been able to watch it-

Possibly. I'm still trying to figure out how he knew a BOLO was out for him and he dressed as he was at that time of morning when they went to get him.

They have soldiers that work at the gates and when a BOLO is put out all the gates receive it. Somebody shared the BOLO on social media and maybe AR saw it or somebody who knew AR told him.

Army to investigate Fort Hood SHARP program after disappearance of Pfc. Vanessa Guillen
This articles says "according to a BOLO circulated by Ft. Hood Tuesday night". Sorry if this is already in the thread.

No idea. Everyone don't have access to BOLO's. They would have apprehended him at the gate. Maybe why he was on foot. Just odd that he had a weapon on him and in that area at the same time they went to apprehend him. I read a lot and read what is printed. As far as how accurate articles are I'm not the verifier.

They don't check people who are leaving post. They should have been on the lookout for him but I used to work at the gates and most of the time if there are no cars coming in the soldiers are not paying attention, especially at night. I also had access to BOLOs.

Here is the BOLO that was was shared. The address listed appears to be the barracks. It was posted at 10:56 PM by an E4

I asked because usually they keep in touch with families when something happens to their loved one. Because when it's all said and done the 1SG and Commander will be held responsible for what Robinson done. They are 'directly responsible' for the welfare of every single soldier under their command. Not like no ones doesn't know about the harassment. That was why I asked. They have SOP's for everything.

I have no idea what the standard operating procedure is for higher chain of command offering public condolences to the family for their loss prior to a confirmed/ positive identification. Sorry I cant be of more help.

DBM. Accidental double post.

Hi, thank you for your reply. I honestly didn't mean this in context of weight at all. The orange hair struck me more than anything else. And her overall affect... Believe me, i know all about emotional eating, unfortunately, and would never attack anyone for that. If it came across thst way, i apologize... The pic just struck me because she looks so much older and mean/hostile. It may be the hair color. Idk. MOO.
Thank you for saying something but after thinking about it from someone else’s viewpoint (hard for this Aspie) I can see what you mean and the point you were trying to make! I think I’m just very sensitive to this subject because I was once almost 300lbs, at my heaviest and was VERY insecure, and 96lbs, at my lightest and now I’m in the 160’s (and still somewhat insecure, mostly about my stretched skin from my 129lb, two year weight loss journey, about 8 years ago).
And I agree, I think she definitely looks resentful/hateful, MOO. I don’t think she took into consideration what the repercussions would be. I wonder if she was trying to hide from the law? Just thinking out loud. JMO.

I know TM is very well respected on these boards, as he should be. However, IMO in this case he disclosed too much information to the media. Did LE & CID give him permission to disclose all of that about the burial site, materials used, condition of remains, etc? I dont know, but I do know that there are cases that are years old that the general public has never been provided details such as these. Abby & Libby's case, for example. Most times it isn't until the trial begins that these details might be obtained or in the arrest affidavit. I hope he reflects on this for future cases. Again, respectfully MOO.

No, they don't check for ones leaving base. I just find it all strange he had a weapon to commit suicide. Basically, he left post with a loaded weapon. Soldiers aren't allowed to keep weapons on base, not to mention a loaded one. Why I think again in MOO, he's killed before.

Question? Is that the normal protocol to put BOLO's on Instagram?

I'm going to say no. The person who posted it has since deleted their social media accounts.

I cannot help but agree with you. Both his statements and other media outlets... I think if things were handled more discreetly the suspect would NOT have been able to try to escape and maybe would have been captured.

Another creepy fact is that the main suspect seemed to have been monitoring social media on the case as well as any information pertaining to him. Somebody posted that he was in a private group on Facebook that was about the case.

Basically, the dude was trying to see where the investigation was in its course and what people knew...

May justice be served.
