Mesquite police are asking for the public's help finding a woman who was reported missing Wednesday night after she did not pick her child up after work.

Prisma Denisse Peralta Reyes, 26, was reported missing about 9:30 p.m., two hours after the usual time she would pick up her child from the baby sitter, police said. Relatives have been caring for her child.

Reyes has not responded to repeated calls from family, friends and police, and her 2017 Jeep Wrangler was found about 7:45 a.m. Thursday in the 3500 block of Roseland Avenue, near North Hall Street, in Old East Dallas, police said.

Reyes is 5-foot-2 and weighs about 135 pounds. She was last seen wearing a red polo shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on Reyes' whereabouts may call Mesquite police at 972-285-6336.

Possibly or another scenario I thought of. Maybe she and the ex went somewhere else or were hanging out in one of their cars together talking/arguing. Maybe she was given something right before they decided to go to his place? Maybe he got there then she was kind of out of it and went to the wrong building?

Feels like I'm grasping at straws, but trying to come up with something. I feel the detectives have to have a lot of information via cell phones, texts, and cameras. I think there's just not enough to charge anyone yet.
There are only 3 cameras in that garage, one showing the video of her, another one pointing at a short driveway for parking with no exit, 1 at far end of garage by other elevator, only one way in or out with vehicle, there are no cameras inside the apt complex in hallways, common areas or pool area, none outside the garage entrance, we walked the building and garage just to see if we could follow in her steps! But there was plenty of people coming and going the whole time we were there, in and out garage, walking there dogs, and plenty of maintenance people, this complex is also daily, weekly or monthly rental

No leads with the reward or FBI?
we are having a hard time with media or detective wanting to get the reward out there! There is a interview with 1080 KLRD on their web page

There will be an interview on Fox 4 tonight, channel 23 which is a Spanish station had a interview with prismas sister and dad earlier this morning, channel 8 aired there's this morning, and the detective gave what's called a smooth interview, nothing new with case, but he wanted to get the reward out to both English and Spanish speaking public

At first sight it would seem that the phone call captured on the elevator surveillance camera was related to Prisma's visit, but we learned from the media that the person on the other end, who has been cleared, didn't know why she was there. My questions/speculation: Did she make the 5:50 call and what was the call about? Making plans? Since she put the call on speaker, it didn't seem confidential or urgent. The garage could have been bustling with activity at that hour. It appears that all was normal until something went wrong. How could her dissapearance get unoticed? Would she be able to call for help right there if she was in distress? If something happened in the garage it must have been very quick.
the phone call was a call for help, according to her mother who also spoke with that person after the detective had already questioned this person, by calling the number on her phone records, but to the family everyone is still a suspect until she is found

I wonder which camera captured Prisma's car parked across the street from the garage entrance?[/QUOTE there is one camera when you go in garage by entrance, one where she was standing facing elevator, if you look real close in video you can see part of wall and tiny bit of door going into apt complex, because of the pillar there it captures nothing else, so when she turned off screen no one can be sure what happened from there

We believe those phone calls were trying to reach out to anyone who could help her out, and possibly to one of the numbers what this person did to her, what this person gave her to make her act like she was in the video, the longest phone call the number of that person was cleared as they were out of state

9 calls between 5:49 and 6:01 would indicate to me a level of distress or anxiety.

The hour long phone call with the babysitter is odd since she wasn’t at work at that time and all they talked about was her job (that she had just quit abruptly). Surely she would have mentioned she wasn’t going back to work but was somewhere else? The babysitter didn’t say anything about her being upset or anything about the lunch incident?
All the sitter told police she would be there at usual time to pick up her son, so an hour long call makes no since to the family either, and since her disappearance she is avoiding the families phone calls

Thank you for clearing up my confusion and for the additional information. Were the nine calls mostly to different numbers or did she call the same number several times? Was the longest (3 minute) conversation second to last? You mentioned before that the last call was to her ex's number.
yes the 3 minute one was second to last, she called her ex 4 times before that one and once after, and there were a total of 4 numbers called not lasting but a minute or less, which is telling us she needed help and no one was answering but the second to last call

the second to last call told her mom that prisma called him needing help, she was confused, didn't feel right, something was not right with her, but this person was cleared to due being out of state

If the call to her friend who was out of state was second to last, who is she speaking with on the surveillance video? Her ex? Could multiple calls to her ex indicate that she was meeting him in the garage/building, but he wasn't there yet?
anything is possible at this point, but we do feel like someone is not telling the truth, but we feel the detectives need just one piece of the puzzle so to speak to put it all together, when we were there the other day there was numerous people coming and going, along with all the traffic, people walking their dogs, so someone had to have seen something or knows something, they maybe scared to talk, but if you call in tip they don't ask your name

I hope the police are pursuing leads and are on the right track. Do you think Prisma managed to get through to any of the people she called in the last ten minutes (beside the friend you mentioned)? Perhaps she left a message for someone? Did she speak twice to the friend who was out of state (on video and in the second to last call)?
no, it only shows the one call to that person

no, she only spoke with him once

Nothing strange? An hour long phone conversation about work? Wouldn’t the babysitter be suspicious how Prisma was able to take an hour off of work to talk on the phone? And now not returning phone calls? I think a simple “LE has told me not to talk about it”would be a good response to Prisma’s mom if that’s the case.
we are finding it strange because her phone calls too sitter lasted less than 10 minutes every day, on a good note, its getting back in media once again, and her dad had a interview with Nancy Grace this morning, which will air tomorrow night on her show.

This is stressful for the family, first prisma disappearance, now there is a custody battle tomorrow over her little boy, the 🤬🤬🤬 sperm donor has filed for emergency custody of his son, mind you he has never had anything to do with him, nor paid support but all of a sudden he wants his son since prisma is no longer with us according to him. We are not giving up hope she will be found.

I used to hear updates on HLN, now rarely. Not good.
well I guess its time to message them again, and get them to share the reward info just to do an update

Yeah, might help. However, I always wonder if the networks might have reasons for seemingly abandoning a story!
I just did message but on the emergency custody hearing for her son tomorrow at 130 in dallas between her mother and sperm donor, and on the reward once again

& I’m left wondering if this “rekindled Ex” has resumed working yet? IIRC, Winter let us know he hadn’t been to work since this lovely lady was last seen. (RED Flag, anyone????)
Also,
Hoping PR’s son was unaffected by the family court procedure that happened last week. JMO.
He was at school so it didn't affect him as of yet

Oh! I was assuming her son was young (under 6 years) since he was at a babysitter.
Guessing babysitter was after school care?
He is 6 he goes to sitter after school until she got off work

Her dad just started a gofund me account for him and Prisma's mother to pay for the lawyer, psychologist that the judge ordered for her little boy so her mom doesn't lose custody to the sperm donor
