Monday, November 25th:
*Final Pretrial Hearing (@ 8:30am CT) – TX - Rayven Shields (3) (Last seen per mom July 27, 2018, in Bryan, but LE says last seen mid-June; found in backyard garden on Aug. 3, 2018) – only for *Virginia Ann Adams (35) “mom” arrested & charged (8/1/18), indicted (10/22/18) & arraigned (11/15/18) with injury to child resulting in death (1st degree felony) & tampering with evidence (2nd degree felony). Plead not guilty. $75K Bond.
CPS obtained court order (7/31/18) giving them custody of Rayven & mom refused to cooperate.
Trial set to begin 12/9/19.
10/22/18 Update: Next Arraignment/Pretrial hearing on 11/15/18.
11/15/18 Update: Next Final Pretrial hearing on 11/25/19 & trial to begin 12/9/19.
*Patrick Wayne Wilson, Sr. (51) (BF) arrested & charged (8/1/18), indicted (10/22/18) & arraigned (11/16/18) with injury to child resulting in death (1st degree felony), tampering with evidence (2nd degree felony) & unlawful possession of firearm by a felon (3rd degree felony). Plead not guilty.
10/26/18: Indicted. Wilson appointed an attorney.
10/22/18 Update: Next Arraignment/Pretrial hearing on 11/16/18. 12/10/18: Served with original indictment. Had Motion hearing on 1/7/19. 1/7/19 Update: Next Status hearing @ 2:30pm on 3/1/19. 3/1/19: Motion hearing on 7/3. Next Status hearing on 12/4.

Plead not guilty. No bond.
Trial set to begin on 4/27/20.
10/26/18: Indicted. Wilson appointed an attorney. 10/22/18: Next Arraignment/Pretrial hearing on 11/16. 12/10/18: Served with original indictment. Had Motion hearing on 1/7/19. 1/7/19: Next Status hearing @ 2:30pm on 3/1. 3/1/19: Motions hearing on 7/3. Status hearing on 12/4. 12/4/19: Hearing was cancelled, next is status hearing on 3/20/20.
