Texas Department of Public Safety on Monday identified the victim as 21-year-old Reagan Simmons Hancock of New Boston. Hancock was seven and a half months pregnant. Her baby did not survive.

According to Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Special Agent Chad Dansby, 27-year-old Taylor Parker of Simms, Texas was arrested by Idabel Police and OSBI at McCurtain Memorial Hospital, hours after the mother was found dead inside a home on Austin Street in New Boston.

BOWIE COUNTY, Texas (KSLA) — Authorities have released the name of the woman found dead after her unborn child was taken from her.

They also have identified the 27-year-old woman suspected of killing the mother and her fetus.

Police found 21-year-old Reagan Simmons Hancock dead Friday when they were called to her residence on Austin Street in New Boston, Texas.

She was 8 months pregnant with her second child. Her baby, another daughter, had been removed from her body.

Now Oklahoma authorities are holding Taylor Parker, of Simms, Texas, as a suspect in the kidnapping and death of the child.

They say Parker arrived by ambulance at the hospital in Idabel, Okla., claiming her baby was not breathing.

The child died.

Age 22 has been reported in all of the articles I’ve seen, except for 1. If I get definite confirmation I’ll post it.

Yes! I see her tattoo but I also see what looks like a scratch in the middle of her chest and some bruising below her neck. It look like Reagan fought back!

Taylor Morton, who also goes by Taylor Parker, is a 27-year-old Texas woman who is accused of killing her 7-months-pregnant Facebook friend Reagan Hancock at her New Boston home and cutting her baby from her womb, KTAL reported. Morton, of Simms, Texas, was arrested October 9 in Oklahoma, the same day Hancock was found dead. The baby did not survive, police said.

On her Facebook page, Morton described herself as “a wildflower, wild free an wicked with a glow that was never meant to be tamed.” Her Facebook page also said that her professional skills include being a “medical assistant,” working in “office administration” and knowledge of “phlebotomy.”

According to public records, Morton was previously married and divorced twice. She had a child with one of her two ex-husbands and a child with another man who was not involved in the child’s life, according to social media posts from her friends. Morton has also gone by the name Taylor Wacasey.

Morton was discharged from the Oklahoma hospital and booked into a local jail, KTAL reported. She faces kidnapping and homicide charges in Oklahoma and could be arraigned Tuesday, October 13, according to the news station.
