Regina Elizabeth Hightower was last seen around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday walking in the 3300 block of Southern Oaks Boulevard in east Oak Cliff. She is described as black and about 5-foot-4 and 228 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black, curly shoulder-length wig with red highlights, a dark-colored shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
