BEAUMONT - Investigators have issued a murder warrant for a man they believe killed his girlfriend, and while they've found her partially burned truck, so far there's no sign of the woman or the prime suspect.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas - Detectives said they found a body near the area where a missing woman's burned out car was found.

No details on the remains yet.

The body was found lying next to the water under a highway overpass near I-10 at Monmouth around 10 a.m.

The article says LE has been looking for two missing women, one from SW Houston, and one from Beaumont.

A later article says the body is that of a white or hispanic female. LE believe it might be Reina Janeth Cornejo-Triqueros who's been missing since Monday. A warrant was issued for her boyfriend's arrest. The deceased was wearing a red and blue striped shirt and other clothing similar to the description of the missing woman's clothes.

ETA: This article names the other woman missing from the area as Kathy Lawson-Arrondondo, last seen February 11 in southwest Houston. She was wearing pink pajama bottoms, a white shirt and black jacket. The deceased's clothing more closely matches Cornejo-Triqueros, according to LE.

She also has a vertical scar on her face and a tattoo on her right arm. The tattoo is a heart displaying her children&#8217;s names.

Authorities identified Reina Janeth Cornejo-Triqueros, who was last seen in February in Beaumont, as the woman found Saturday morning in the 17300 block of Market Street near Channelview, according to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
