Rutledge could be driving a 2010 Dodge Journey with Texas license plate HDD-3808. She was last seen in the 10900 block of Estate Lane.

She is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a t-shirt and jeans. She stands 5-foot-8 and weighs around 165 pounds.

Police warn she may be a danger to herself or others.

As of the time of the article, she has been missing about three hours. I'm guessing she owns a gun which explains the danger warning.
