Some of his teeth had been knocked out before plus that disturbing phone call, I wonder if he was involved with some shady people. It sounds like a pretty obvious case of foul play to me, sadly.

Bumping for Richard,

Do we know anything about Richard's family background? The circumstances of the phone call? How far did Richard live from where he called? What was he doing that day? Very sad case likely of foul play.

He called from a Pay Phone yet they mention that his phone at this apartment was off the hook. this is weird. Paranoia maybe?

This case reminds me a little of that of Angela Hammond because of the telephone. He was also kidnapped from a public telephone... and as they say above... where did he get to talk on the phone? How far was it from his mother's house that he called? witnesses? problems at home? bride? job?
either way
rest in peace

He is my grandfather. His family background consists of soldiers and criminals. The phone call was at around 12:30 am. I have my grandma's tape of the call. He was slurring and repeatedly saying "help, I think I'm being watched." He was around 4km away from where he lift at the time, and he was gambling.

Good evening. My grandfather has been missing for 3 decades, and I would appreciate all of the current information I need. His name is Richard victor clark II. Went missing 8/7/92. He had a cross tattoo and a history of drug trafficking. He was a horrible parent, but me and my dad keep trying to find out. We have access to the phone call but no context to his disappearance, as the bcpd refuses to tell us any more or they are refusing to investigate.

Hi there. What does "we have access to the phone call" mean?

Possibly this from the Charlie Project…

Clark called his mother on August 7, 1992 from a pay telephone in Temple, Texas. He told her that someone was chasing him and terminated the conversation.
