FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas - Deputies with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office are searching for a teenage boy who hasn't been seen since Wednesday.

Richard Sebastian Ruiz Jr., 14, was last seen leaving his home in the 8500 block of Planters Moon Ln. in the Richmond area around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Deputies say Ruiz is about 5'5" tall and weighs about 120 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a sweater with TRILL SAMMY on it. He was wearing black shorts, black chrome glasses and unknown-color shoes.
