An El Paso family continues searching for a 43-year-old man who went missing a year ago this month.
Robert Victor Navarro III was last seen at about 3 a.m. Dec. 21, 2006, in the area of Taylor and Dyer Street in North-Central El Paso. Navarro had been with friends at nearby bars. It is unlike Navarro not to call or to miss the holidays, his family said.
Navarro is 6 feet 2, 300 pounds with short black hair, brown eyes and a light complexion. He could now have a beard. He has tattoos of the name "Martha" on his chest and a dragon on a calf. Navarro was last seen wearing a black jacket with the words "South Pole" on the sleeves, a black pullover fleece sweater and blue baggy jeans.
