HOUSTON – Murder charges are pending against a 32-year-old Houston man accused of shooting and killing an 11-year-old boy and injuring two of his family members, according to Houston police.

Police said Gboweh Dickson George killed Rodney Palmer when he riddled his family’s southwest Houston apartment with bullets. Rodney’s 9-year old brother Marcus Jackson and 25-year-old female cousin were also wounded in the shooting

Family members said George hopped over the balcony, entered the home, looked around and said, "I have the wrong house."
