Coincidentally the global Headquarters for Chevron Phillips was on Six Pines Drive.

It mentioned he didn’t show up at the plant, wonder which Chevron plant.

thanks for the link. yeeeah... this doesn't seem like a guy who would just go missing on his own accord suddenly & without reason

Well, it's always possible, no matter how high up the career ladder someone is....

I just don't want to get Alan White vibes from this, although Ron going missing actually happened before Alan.....but only by about 6 weeks!

But how many senior executives going missing from multinational companies in Texas towns on their way to work in the morning will it take before it gets creepy?

Yes, as well as his residence.....
However, I did just look on Google Maps and had a quick measure and Six Pines Drive seems to be about 1.5 miles long and is one of the main streets of that town, so it's likely crammed with all manner of buildings, residences and commercial outlets and properties.

I don’t think Six Pines Drive was his residence, I’m leaning towards it being about 5 miles away on Rolling Stone Place.

Huntsville, Tx is approx 42 miles north of The Woodlands.

If he was expected into work at Chevron why was he heading so far north out of the area?

As his vehicle hasn't been discovered, I'm naturally thinking a water incident.

There are some lakes and reservoirs that way, but he would have driven past them by the time he got to Huntsville. Any other body of water isn't even that close to the I-45 or Huntsville anyway.

Yet his phone stopped transmitting. The last ping was there, so it'd be interesting to see if LE could ascertain through his cell provider if his phone was officially turned off and powered down.... OR if it just stopped sending pings (due to damage by force or water etc.) OR if it ran out of battery power.

I can't believe there is so little about this case?!? Does Ron have family? Friends? Colleagues that care about him?

There is nothing. Really so sad!

August is prime time for hurricanes. Laura was around that time frame but don’t know how much or if that area had experienced flooding.

Sounds like some type of homeowners association is suing I assume his in limbo “estate” for back payment. I saw this on the Harris County civil records. It shows him living at 3600 College Park Dr., in Conroe Texas. It gives an apartment number which I will not put here but you can find it if you log into the Harris county civil record search. All this legal stuff was happening in April 2022. I feel like when he disappeared, he was not leaving his residence, but was leaving his employer to go to a different work location. Very sad. Educated and successful, and according to his LinkedIn, he worked internationally. Doesn’t seem like someone who would be suicidal or even want to purposely disappear for any reason.

Ok the plot thickens… I researched his name on the Harris county appraisal district and it turns out he owned quite a few properties obviously was renting them out. They were not high dollar homes. It appears he lived in a very nice home in Montgomery county which is north of Harris county. He moved into that home in 2017 with a partner, same last name so I assume a wife..? I won’t put the name here but anyone can get on the Montgomery County Texas appraisal District website and see this by typing in his name. According to real estate records, the house sold in February 2021 after being on the market 103 days. It sure went on the market quickly after he disappeared…..

I can understand selling a house fairly quickly if there is no income to pay the mortgage. I get a feeling this could be voluntary. Why is there no information or news articles about him missing?

Interesting case.

Interesting case.
Also, kind of odd was that his mom was given power of attorney, even though he was married, so I’m not quite sure why the wife did not have the power of attorney. Yes you’re right, there is so little information.
