When I opened a small cafe I always put money in the tip jar ;) And the same for the food truck :)

It's the grand opening so you have to put money in the tip jar to bring good luck. Kind of like when you buy a purse or wallet for someone as a gift - superstition says that one should place a dollar bill into it for luck.
