I'm more apt to believe she was a victim of a hit and run accident or was homeless and died of exposure. They haven't released a cause of death, have they?

Patti Swinburn had a tattoo on her chest (among multiple others, not sure what the PMI or condition was on this Doe) and was en route to San Antonio for a funeral (showing she has ties to the area) when she went missing in Dec 2005 (would be the time of year to wear multiple layers). I need to do further research though(rehab, arrest records etc).

I found this missing person today that reminded me of this Jane Doe. Her height and weight are over the UID’s. She had some tattoos and scars and but they seem like they were in areas that could have gone unnoticed due to decomposition? Her fingers, face, and neck. Her initials are CC too - several of her names/aliases.

This girl went missing from San Antonio in December 2006. She fits the overall description and her jewelry is very similar to that of the UID - especially the fact that she wore quite a bit apparently.

I pass through this intersection every day to and from work. Just a hunch based on the details/location but I would definitely bet that she is local. Probably trying to cross the highway and had a hit and run.

According to the information I found for her, "Medical: She needs a pacemaker and suffers from seizures."

I would imagine that a pacemaker would have been found in the remains and would be of note

Yeah..... Easy pedestrian access to that area via the neighborhoods too. Maybe she had gotten a ride and had gotten off nearby. Hwy 90 was completed around 1971, and houses were razed in order to complete it. Homes in the neighborhoods are older than the Highway.

One of the neighborhoods is kinda cut off due to the rail and freeways. The Union stockyards used to be located at I-35 and the tracks. That's why the tracks have that curve and cut off the Collins Garden neighborhood. They also lead to the produce terminal just north of the stockyards. My husband's grandfather worked as a turntable operator for Southern Pacific. His father grew up several hundred yards from the tracks behind the stockyards. There is also a large Union Pacific rail yard at Boeing, about a mile south of the I-90 General Hudnell intersection, a BNSF yard a few miles south and another large yard south of that.

I'm pretty sure she's local due to availability of pedestrian access.

However, she would not have needed to cross 90. She could simply walk under 90 at Zarzamora or Menafee.

I wonder if she died from drugs or exposure? Maybe she was homeless.

Based on what the report said about the many layers of clothing (2 jackets, several shirt and 2 pairs of pants. I don't think she was killed and dumped. My guess is that she was a homeless person who took shelter under the bridge area and died there....perhaps from exposure. It can get below freezing in San Antonio in March

(And while the hwy is busy, *if* she were murdered and dumped, it could have been in the wee hours of the morning when the hwy isn't that busy)

Melissa
Yeah, it seems like that to me. She was located under the bridge.

It would be a strange place to dump a body, since plenty of other sites (vacant neighborhood lots and easements), roadside stops on Hwy 90 were nearby. (Leon Creek and Hwy 90 comes to mind) It's pretty quiet over there at night.

I see no evidence that Charlene Cirilo gave birth. All my kids' births are in public records. Unlike other states, I think Texas probably releases birth records when they turn 18 or something.

This record also indicates she likely was institutionalized. She died on August 28, 2011

Yet no zip code. Yet, it says she is deceased, yet it's not a death index. It's a simple public record. Usually these residence records are of living people and come from property tax records, phone books, etc.
