I-35 travels directly thru Sanger, TX, which is north of the Dallas Metroplex area.

 

[Cryptic]

As a side note, Sanger has not been swallowed by the mega sized DFW metroplex- though it has gotten very close to it.

As a result, Sanger and its immediate surroundings would be the first arguably rural area that one would come to from portions of the metroplex down I 35.

Likewise, Sanger could be a the very edge of a metroplex dweller's mental map / area of familiarity with everything further north being "Terra Ingongnita"- well, if the dweller in question was not the travelling sort.

In short, people under stress tend to seek solutions in places that they are familiar with and view as safe. Accordingly, Sanger's relative remoteness, yet still close enough to have been visited by a metroplex resident could be seen as a good place to conceal a body.

Yes, the NamUs page for Sierra Quintanilla (MP84223) was also removed. She was 25 when she went missing from neighboring Dallas County on 09/01/2021. I can't find a missing persons report for her in order to compare with our JD.

I stumbled upon this earlier and had the same thought (hence the dbm upthread), but I found a woman by that name on Facebook who lists Waco as her place of residence, looks just like the girl in the mugshot, and updated her FB page yesterday. Appears she is alive and well.

Perhaps she is the correct SQ and her NamUs profile was removed because she was located. It could be just a coincidence that her profile and JD’s were removed during the same time frame.
