If it's the one I think you are talking about, the arrest time was before the presser. I doubt LE would hold a live presser if suspect was already in custody. Initials TM?

JMO
But the intake time is after the presser it 17:59. Very strange coincidence on charges IMO. I’m not sure LE would announce until the identity the 2 in the video or have enough evidence

Kind of a big guy in that video getting out of the truck. Can see how large of a stomach he has. Shouldn't be to hard to figure him out. Has something in his hand when he gets back into the truck.

JMO
I thought that at first. then was wondering if he was hiding a weapon under his shirt.

Last Christmas, Savannah was a child of 17.
Wouldn't that be charges of assault on a child?

ETA:
Seems SS's mother does not believe the violence against her daughter and MG were related to her son's[Ethan Soto] 2022 murder where the defendant [Victor Rivas] in her son's murder is still awaiting trial. Let's hope LE are as lucky with with social media to solve this case too.

Deleted Messages on Instagram helped Crack Ethan Soto's Murder
If I were her, I would say that too or she may be the next one in the cross hairs if this is related to her sons murder and her family attacking Victor Rivas in the court room.

100% the person who leaves the truck is a man

The person driving the victims' car who briefly steps out and leans up, IMO could easily be female. Pale skin, long very dark hair, small build and agile. I think they're passing the gun or something else they don't want to touch out of the victims' vehicle.

So, IMO someone in the truck passes the heavy dude out a rolled towel / cloth, he gives the driver the towel for them to put something in and they hand it back with something inside. Unsure why they would slightly exit the vehicle, to what purpose. It's not a clean up job IMO, it's handing the murder weapon out probably.
To me it looks like someone in the backseat of the truck hands chubby guy paper towels so definitely a third person there. As chubby man is about to get in the truck it seems like he tosses the paper towels on the backseat floor board. If it was the gun they had exchanged then why we would he carelessly toss it? That's just my own personal opinion on what I see in the vid.

Arrest time would be when he was taken into custody. Intake time would be when he is booked into the jail. Between that time he could have been sitting in an interview room, talking or not.

I'm not seeing another person in the back of the truck - it's pitch black for me
but I'm half-blind

I watched the courtroom brawl video a few times, but did not see a big bellied man.
There are a few women with low ponytails.

Got through about half of the posting video at #522.

Enough to see what MG had been posting to his Telegram account. I take back all the cartel-soft stuff I said about him. He is full-flegged dealer of all kinds of junk. Lots of photos of money and his guns. <modsnip: Name calling not allowed>

The families are skating all over the place trying to make out like he's just a nice kid. And she is a kid with a dealer boyfriend.

This really seems like revenge murders to me. The families are not being honest about much.

I'm surprised nobody has gone on social media and bragged about doing this.

@LadyL What ever that is that big fat guy takes from the truck to the car, gets handed to him from someone in the truck when it mysteriously appears in the door from the back seat and he grabs it.. Either that or big fat guy has magical powers to levitate things that are out of his reach. I'm going with someone in the back of the truck handing him the item.

True. However, with SS having seven brothers, I've read more attributing the murders to the Soto side than MG-- as her mother alleged to the reporter in my quoted post.

I disagree. The towel is present when the truck door opens and the fat guy gets out. I think the towel unfolds as he reaches for it and it disappears from the same location the object is seen when the door first opened. Police Chief refers to this object as a 'towel... most likely used to wipe the side of the Kia.' IMO, all of SAPD had long viewed every possible angle of this surveillance video before it was made public. Chief specifically references a Chevy Silverado, and 2 POIs, not three. JMO

Thank you. I did not know this part of the story. From the link, E was 15yo and allegedly committing robberies. Does a robbery require a weapon?

Ethan's slaughter was allegedly carried out as an act of revenge for a drug robbery, the San Antonio Police shared with the outlet[KSAT]. Ethan had allegedly stolen some cartridges containing THC from the older teenager on May 15, 2022, which prompted Rivas to shoot at Ethan and his family — an act that resulted in no injuries at the time.
