Police are seeking the public's help in finding a missing 20-year-old woman from north Houston.

According to the Houston Police Department, Shapammala Buckner was last seen on May 21, 2017 at her apartment complex, Forest Pointe Apartments, located in the 13000 block of Northborough Drive.

Police have described her as black, 4 feet 11 inches tall and about 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Last seen at her apartment?? Has there been any additional information released? I just keep seeing the same little blurb on different news sites.

I just Googled her name and I don't see anything new. Very unfortunate that there isn't any articles with family and friends talking about her :(

Shapammala Latrisha Buckner – The Charley Project

Buckner was last seen at her residence at Forest Pointe Apartments in the 13000 block of Northborough Drive in Houston, Texas on May 21, 2017. She disappeared after an argument with her boyfriend and has never been heard from again. Few details are available in her case, but foul play is possible.

Her sister stated that "someone" likely more than one, was in the house and the neighbour heard an altercation. She was also texting her neighbour about the specific circumstances and what she was trying to get away from.

Justice for Pam!

According to her family as per this interview, her case is now updated to a homicide. I find it interesting that the family is stating that her boyfriend is helping and assisting. I think that matches with what is being said in the local community.

I hope her family gets closure ASAP!

The family of 20-year-old Shapammala Buckner wants to make sure she isn't forgotten eight years later. They held a lantern-lighting vigil on the anniversary of her disappearance to honor her memory, hoping she'll come home soon.

They believe someone knows something about what happened to her.
