You can see photos online of the tunnell...

HOW would DAD fit in there??
IMO WAY too small for him.
Do we know yet how far in she was?

I can't remember which photo it was, but I thought I saw bruises on her left arm. (reminded me of bruises from being grabbed by the arm)

I saw that picture, and it looked like residual scars from a surgery she had on her elbow. IMO.

Agree that it'd be wisest for these people to share this with LE, not media (especially not social media!). As someone who cherishes privacy, I can't fathom that approach, personally.

But I am curious how you think that the as-yet unverified claims of her not being in that culvert earlier will help the dad get off the hook. If she wasn't in that culvert during a search 1 week after her disappearance (as two separate people, gal and guy, apparently claimed in the Heavy.com article), but then she suddenly shows up in the culvert 2 weeks later, how does this help the dad's story? (This is just theorizing...a hypothetical question, because I'm not yet connecting the dots.)
I don't understand it, either. If this is confirmed by LE to be true, then it can only help them put the puzzle pieces together. If it's not, then it won't show up as evidence in court, correct?

Check out her map on twitter

Question, if WM had not shown up at the hearing today, would it have been possible for Sini to get her daughter back? In other words, could WM be:

A)Spiting her because she could be cooperating with investigators and told them stuff about him

B)Planning to blame it on Sini

Just my two cents, but if people heard people arguing why didn’t they come forward earlier. I honestly don’t believe random people on Facebook. Like someone said above, people have strange intentions and want to insert themselves into a investigation. Also I didn’t see any statement anywhere by police where they said they had searched this particular culvert before, please correct me if I’m wrong.

There are some people here in support of mom but don't know who they are.

Looking at the pictures of the FBI agents(looks like one male and one female agent) at the entrance to the culvert that were posted earlier, I think the Dad could have gotten her in there. It would be a tight fit, but I think it would add to him needing to wash his clothes if he had to get down on the ground to get her in there. I think his goal was to make it look like somewhere coyotes could have dragged her, and not put her somewhere that would have been easily accessible by an adult male like himself.

MsF had a good thought yesterday imo, that maybe Sherin was covered with something which made her not visible (if that culvert was previously searched) and it was that covering that was dislodged via the rains, or adding, scavengers.

Not that Im aware of but enough inside that people passed by her for two weeks.....enough inside that someone placed her in there imo

Maria Guerrero did a facebook live post, walking from the tree to the culvert.
She provides lots of details that she has gotten from LE. Good reporting.

They are live at the site all day, and said that LE will provide more details about things after the confirmation that it is Sherin.
Irving police is there, with drones, mapping the site.
Police are canvassing the neighborhood, knocking on doors.

I wonder if there will be any searches on his computers relating to coyotes and their habits, dens, etc.

Because where was she between the time she went missing and the time she was found?

That's IF these people are being truthful and if they go to LE with their stories. I can see how it would put doubt in people's minds the father had anything to do with her disappearance.

I'm just not seeing the catch, still. Can you elaborate? :o

Here's where my mind is going with this...If Dad says a coyote made off with her, why would she end up inside a 2-foot diameter culvert pipe 2 wks after her death but not be there 1 week after her death? If the answer is that the coyote didn't put her into the pipe until the end of week #2, then shouldn't her remains have been found somewhere in the .6 mile open railroad area ('field') which was the logical trek up that way, and which was also searched week 1?

And if the logic is that the coyote only decided to take her remains to the culvert after her being dead for 2 weeks, well...hate to be graphic, but I'm still not sure *all* the remains would still have made it to the culvert, then. There still should be some iota of evidence her body had traveled that field--and the dogs should have picked up her scent.

We had gorgeous, sunny, 78-88 degree weather for two weeks up until Saturday night's rains. There is very little, if any vegetative cover on the route from the Tree behind Sunningdale to that culvert at Valley View and Bowser Rd. (See photos posted upthread, p. 6, post #79.)

I just want to reiterate that imo until there is any confirmation from LE that she had anything to do with this, she is still a victim, imo. We just do not know the whole story at this time, and what she has told investigators.

Additionally, let us not forget, sometimes an abusive mate will kill the child to spite the mother. We've seen that scenario before (not saying that is the case here).

I really think this will be like the Kaytlynn Cargill case, where the police were keeping what they knew quiet, but they knew fairly early on who the murderer was, they just wanted to make sure all their i's were dotted and their t's were crossed before making the arrest. I think once the paperwork from the ME is signed saying that cause of death was homicide/unnatural they will knocking on WM's door with a warrant, if not for murder, for negligent manslaughter.

Maybe it was on the advice of his lawyers to attend?

Probably, but it is horrible advice. It makes him look delusional.

Looking at the agent standing atop the culvert, it appears that the culvert is about the same height as he is from the bottom of his shoes to his knees. I am 5'3" and that length on me is 19", so probably more on him. Minimum width of the culvert would have to be at 20" IMO.

Maybe it was on the advice of his lawyers to attend?.

With his being the one to request the extension, I think he had to show up. Which is why I was wondering why he was the one to request the extension and not SM and her lawyer. Unless he had confided some reason to his attorney why 4 y/o wouldn't be safe in SM's care and lawyer suggested the extension as a way to keep 4 y/o from SM.
