Yes!! The information revealed with the questions was riveting. Good thing they found her little body. The autopsy is going to show all those fractured bones and the stages of healing of all of them. That poor child!
Poor child, indeed. Sounds like she was damn near tortured. It's painful to think about.

So we have no clue what's going on live? What a shame!

I'll tell you I was on the fence if Sini was a bad mother to Sherin, but from the questions asked I fell off that fence so hard I might need medical attention!

I was able to watch a tiny bit courtesy of grouchymom, and when Wesley's lawyer popped out i said "is he drunk?" LOL That said, to know ur client has done those types of things, it may require a little medicinal help to do the job!

I burst out laughing, legit, when Wesley plead the fifth to his own name....

Earlier this year I was reading a transcript, wish I could recall the case, but the person plead the fifth to almost everything. A legal analyst later said that because of the type of hearing the person basically had to plead the fifth once they had done it, as if they had tried to switch back and forth, the judge could then try and force them to answer. I found that interesting. I really wish I could recall the case, but it appeared to make sense in this case with pleading the fifth to things like "were you there when your child was adopted?" and "is your name Wesley Mathews?" and so on... Clearly, stating your name, is not criminal, so their must be some reasoning behind why one would just plead the fifth for it all.

JMO and random ramblings!

PS thanks to everyone who was wondering where I was! My dog had a spinal injury and it was being treated and then it progressed and severed the spinal cord :( Very hard. You guys are amazing though!! So thank you!!!

BBM.

 It's not a time to be laughing but this is all these killers know how to do, is plead the fifth. Idiots.

Yeah, unfortunately when you are always looking at autopsy reports/photos and crime scene photos, you have to find humor somewhere!

From what Georgiajean transcribed and what I saw live, I am far less worried about the autopsy report. It doesn't need to have a COD or TOD at this point for LE to see multiple broken bones in the period of a year. There is enough proof on Sherin's bones, that the soft tissue isn't going to be necessary to continue forward with charges resulting in death for at least one of the parents.

If the prosecutor is really good at his/her job they may even be able to file charges related to torture causing/leading to death.

Yes. She had fractures before Feb. 2017, and then fractures in Feb/Mar 2017.
The CPS lawyer listed them. Multiple bones.
Their excuse was she had Vitamin D/Iron deficiency.

Gonna be sick for this beautiful little girl that I would have gladly accepted into my home for life.

Femur? Good grief!
* I'm betting it was a spiral fracture as well. IMHO

There are medical records for two times that Sherin's parents brought her in for broken bones.
One visit prior to Feb 2017.
One visit Feb/Mar 2017.
The CPS attorney listed four different bones, but did not indicate which were recorded at which visit.
"Does that include bilateral humerus fractures? (makes motion of both upper arms)
Tibia fractures?
Did she at some point have a broken elbow?
A broken Femur?"

This tiny little girl.
Both upper arms broken.
Elbow broken.
Femur broken. (Upper leg)
Tibia broken. (big bone along the inside of your lower leg)
Monsters.

The previous abuse was actually worse than I thought. It's clear to me that this was not some one-off accident that occurred during a time of extreme stress and anger.

From Maria Guerrero, who is still in court watching and posting to her FB: ‪Dr testifies about fracture to Sherin's arm where Sini said she grabbed her arm to keep her from falling but Dr believes injuries not consistent with account. Sini said Sherin had problems b/c only had rice, coffee creamer to eat in India ‬
