Started discussing the rigor mortis. Said that 2.30am until 4.19am was too soon for RM to set in, the medicla examiner said in her testimony. WM says "I dont know where she learnt that!" "In her years of satudying, wouldnt you agree?" WM says no!

When did her feeding problems start? WM answers wrong 3 times, not answering the question.
Was it in the fall? I dont know.
What about the broken bones? WM she had one. What about the other ones? There werent any others.
Pros - the Dr testified that there were. WM - no she didnt
Pros - Are you sure? Did you listen to all teh testimony?
WM - I did, she did not say there were broken femur.
Pros - well, lets let the jury decide what they heard in that testimony

I suspected Sherin did not like milk. I don’t like green tea and can’t imagine being forced to consume 16 ounces of it a day for a year. They were damaging this child and it was all about power - a power struggle.

Mr Mathews I think it would be fair to say that your actions, not your inaction's caused the death of your daughter and therefore you should be charged with the maximum penalty allowed by the law for your crime.
I really hope he gets life.
