Genetic, scurvy, Vit c deficiencies, nutritional disorders all tested for. All ruled out Did a bone age to try & establish her age.

Second skeletal survey done later. Bones don't heal properly in bone disorders, so was looking for that.

Bones were healing appropriately, so not diseased or faulty bones.

The fact that the elbow fracture happened in the US, so they believe the femur/tibia fractures must have happened after those and not pre-adoption. They were healing still.

Sherin was seen by weight intervention and nutrition clinic after this. She was underweight.

Sherin had fallen off the growth chart. They did not what her growth was pre-adoption. She had lost weight while in the US.

Family was upset this DR had made a CPS referral.

SHerin was improving with her nutrition but was not back on the growth chart Dr was concerned that it the family stopped attending the clinic and Dr contacted CPS but they were closing the case.

Sherin gained weight between Jun 2016 - Jan 2017, after the adoption. Jan 2017 weight started to drop. Many disorders tested for, none found. No dwarfism or skeletal dysplasia.
