Wow! Is this guy still alive? That huge tank/truck has been spraying gas for awhile now! What's going on??

It must be tear gas or something like that. They want it to float in the driver's side window maybe?

They have to do everything they can to take him alive. He just slaughtered a bunch of people and they have to make sure it is safe for them to get him out.

I understand, mostly, but in that one photo a cop is standing right next to the guy's driver-side window.

My guess is going to be that he has children with some woman who wanted/ attempted to leave him and he went over there and killed her , the kids and any of her family that were ' helping ' her. ** speculative**
