Rolled right up to the driver's side window for a little bit, then rolled off. Maybe they brought him a Big Mac or something?

I feel like there must be something else going on--it seems like he must have some threat other than shooting himself? I don't know, I don't usually watch this kind of thing.

I'm wearing reading glasses and have magnifying glass, but it's dark, and I've been staring in horror, transfixed watching this. I think there's a second person in the car, but maybe it's just me? What's going on??

I just noticed the other police cars have their headlights off now. They don't want him to see anything but those two SWAT trucks.

I thought the explosive thing too. When there's bomb scares here police send in a robot to get a good look.

I love how he has no problem killing children but is too chicken to kill himself.

I'm gonna bet he does NOT have explosives. I saw the one still shot and given his actions today, he's not a genius. But he might be smart enough to be buying himself some time by claiming to have a bomb or claiming to have some other 'leverage ' somewhere that he's using to keep them from taking him out. Thoughts?
