Reports are that the female suspect in this case has been arrested, today, Tuesday.

Wonder if charges of aiding and abetting or harboring a fugitive might be lodged against anyone that apparently helped this individual elude authorities since the shooting in July of this year. MOO

Adiah Roberson, 17, was booked into the Bexar County jail Thursday after being captured in Dallas earlier this week. San Antonio police say she went on the run after shooting and killing Daniel Shrewsbury back in July.

The suspect was returned to San Antonio on Thursday, October 24.
A spokesperson for the Dallas counterpart office of the U.S. Marshalls indicates that a tip led authorities to a Dallas apartment complex in Dallas.
Roberson was located there and arrested without incident.

IMO at age 17, one expects questions of juvenile age will come into play in this case. It is not yet apparent whether the individual would be tried as an adult. Based on descriptions of the murderous act and the callousness of it, IMO there may be cause for trying the suspect as an adult.

There was apparent counterfeit money attempting to be passed by the suspect, and then an attempt to remove a tip jar for employees from the Sonic restaurant. Perhaps other state or federal charges might also come into play for Ms. Roberson. One would also hope that any individuals that have helped this suspect evade and elude authorities would also be charged with crimes including harboring a fugitive and aiding and abetting. And even others if involvement is discovered. IANAL. MOO

Of note from the article and embedded video: a tip was called in as the suspect (Adiah Namir Roberson) was believed to be at the location. A $5,000 reward was being offered for information leading to an arrest. Bond was set at $520,000. Additional images of the suspect and the other male arrested earlier are in the video. MOO

Of note from the article: charges against Joshua Albert Joseph, age 27, in the case were dismissed. The basis for that is not clear.

It appears charges against Adiah Namir Roberson, age 17, remain and include murder, forgery of a government document, evading arrest, criminal trespass, and possession of marijuana.
