Except he DID murder some one and raped her as well as other women including a 12 year old.

This is just a stall tactic this wants to play so he will not be executed.

He was not being tried for his past crimes, which is people seem to want. "He did it before so he did it this time". The same goes for Fennel. The forensic evidence paints him guilty of murdering Stites. However, because he murdered her( IMO), and was convicted or raping a gal in Georgetown while a PD officer, does not mean he snatched Rachel Cooke. I don't believe he did either, but I do believe he at least was a bad man who murdered his fiance.
