The family of 58-year-old Stephanie Troilo says she was last seen Tuesday morning leaving Northeast Baptist Hospital.

Stephanie's brother, Chris, says with the colder temperatures we are seeing this week there is some concern for her safety and he feels the longer she is missing, the more vulnerable she becomes.

Missing woman found dead near hospital where she was discharged, family says

The body of 58-year-old Stephanie Troilo was discovered just two miles from Northeast Baptist Hospital where she was last seen.

The body of 58-year-old Stephanie Troilo was discovered Sunday, according to her brother Chris Troilo.

Family says she was found in a creek bed just two miles from Northeast Baptist Hospital where she disappeared from on Monday.

Chris says police do not suspect foul play. Authorities believe Stephanie likely died after suffering a medical episode.
