How do we explain the 1 twin being gifted then???

You can be gifted and mentally unable to care for yourself. My aunt has an IQ of over 140, but she's schizophrenic. I have students with gifted IQs but autism that prevents them from understanding basic social rules and norms.

ok, why oh why do people not get the mentally ill help? i dont get it, never will. You just let your kids live with you at 48 and no help and the other family members thought they were normal. Suuuuuuure, lets all be in denial.

DD has an IQ of 160 and is BPD...there are times she is unable to care for herself...and in this situation, it might throw her into a psychotic episode and she might not call 911.
