I can understand if what people are saying is true is that BB had to stay over at his friend's house, BH while he was ill as it was a 2 hour and 30 minute drive from Midlothian via I-35. I mean, it's even in a different county-
Williamson County.

:waitasec: Unsure when the alleged stay over would be your speaking of. Or where it is being spoke of.

That is incorrect. LE has stated that EACH were having relationships outside the marriage. There is media footage where they bring up that information to BB (while he is about to jump into a truck) and he then states "that's a leading question to try to get me to talk" look it up, it is here many times on previous threads.

BBM
I found it!

I knew I remembered him making that statement put couldn't put it into context. Alas there's no smoking gun, nothing new, The story talks about marital problems which appear to be quoted from the ATT search warrant.

And yes BB does refuse to answer questions about the extramarital affairs (begins at 2:00 min mark). But I don't see anything wrong with him not answering that question to a reporter when he has already made his disclosure to LE. Why would he want to add salacious fodder for the media? People would be up in arms if he would have yes she was having an outside relationship.

I feel like I am defending BB more than I care to but its making crazy when I see statements that are not how I recall something.

 unable to open on my tablet. Maybe someone else can. On Ellis County Court put in Bevers and starting 4/25/16 there are multiple documents for Brandon Keith Bevers. Could be the released SWs unsure what they are. http://www.co.ellis.tx.us/Search/Results?searchPhrase=bevers&page=1&perPage=10

I checked a few and they are election related. "Early voting roster", etc.

I checked them all. All election-related. Nothing to see here.

I can see address on some of them on my phone but not others. Does the address change? Tia

No, it's BB's Red Oak address. One of the files has a listing for Randall Elton Bevers at a Midlothian address. Again, election-related.

Thanks everyone for checking and letting me/us know.

If you're friend list is public, then all your friends will show. Also, you can make it to where only your friends can see your list. I believe it's correct that there was an unfriending on FB. I don't have links, but if they're not friends on there, there's a reason....all JMO

In regard to the the jumpy glitches in the long video are we to assume those are edits by LE before releasing them publicly?

Are you talking where it seems like the camera is "shaking"? In my opinion, that is the transition from the stored frame buffer of the camera (which are of a different adjustment/compression of each frame than when streaming) to when the camera streams what it is capturing over a network back to the server (i.e. recording). The server is the recorder not the cameras themselves.

There is obviously editing done in adjusting the fish-eye and piecing together from the cameras the video pieces. In the long video you can see one artifact of putting the video together. When SP goes from the west hall to the south hallway the video is stitched together to make it look like a continuous transition from one camera to another. However, if you have used something like VLC to spit out every frame of the video you will find 3 frames with "Loading ..." at the far lower left of the frame.

Agree. They have 3 babies. So he should have smacked the reporter who wanted the extramarital confirmation comment from him. Jmo

Some posts have been edited to replace full names of WH and BH with initials.

No POIs/suspects have been named and we don't use the full names of innocent people who may have no involvement in this vicious murder.

Thanks for the info. The parts where I'm seeing this is when perp is walking away from purple table towards the first single door to his/ her right, going in and out that single door, then when perp is leaving that second single door by bulletin board and takes off down the hall. That sequence is really glitchy. I'm just curious if there are edits , stitching together as you said Also, is it correct that with CCTV system the area being recorded in a dark area will appear much lighter?

Good point about the possibility that different camera angles can give different perspectives on movements. Even still, I think the totality suggests female, non athletic.

Another aspect that could suggest that the killer is not former military or at least not combat arms is the pacing. Especially combat arms servicemen are accustomed to waiting more than most people as their jobs often involve long periods of just watching or being ready.

I am not saying that none of these people would pace, but I think it would be more likely that such a person would clear the area to make sure he was alone, then select a vantage point where he could hear the entry of the victim. He would then just wait until he heard her arriving.

What's your opinion on why perp seems to be systematically opening doors prior to MB arriving? Is this something a military person might do when carrying out a raid or a SWAT team? If perp is looking for something/someone I get the opening of locked doors. If perp is opening doors to know where the victim is if she escapes him/her then opening a locked door wouldn't make much sense bc the victim wouldn't be able to access that room either IMO

Agree and some zoom/edit to take out the time stamps

I think they were just double checking that no one else was on the premises. If I was planning to murder someone, I certainly wouldn't want someone to unexpectedly appear out of a random room.

Clearing rooms is a common military and police tactic, but it also seems like common sense to me.

The movements from the video we have seen confuses me a bit. Why not systematically clear the rooms, then set up and wait somewhere with a window and clear view of the entrance to the parking lot? The apparent relaxed wandering around gives me the impression that they don't have training in tactical operations or they would have been moving much quicker and with purpose.

In the 28th thread, Batbrat made these scientific observations in Post 962 on June 19. It is lengthy, informative and conclusive. SP does not possess a pear shaped figure.

I read this and think that there is a high probability of perp being male THEN I remember another supposed highly skilled person somewhere else enhanced the perp face and says it's a female. Back to being unsure ;)
